Same Day Delivery
Same day deliveries must be received by 10am GMT, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.
Delivery Days
We deliver flowers from 9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 3.30pm on Saturday. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays. If an order is received for a Sunday it will be delivered the next working day.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charge will be calculated during checkout.

You can place an order online and select to collect the order from our shop, Monday - Saturday, cut off time 3pm.
Useful Information
We always do our best to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. However, please note that we’re unable to give or guarantee specific delivery times.
If the address uses a house name rather than a number, we’d really appreciate any extra directions or hints as our sat navs don’t always recognise named properties.
If a property is gated and we’re unable to gain access, your flowers will be taken back to the shop. A card will be left with our contact details so that the recipient can contact us to arrange collection.
If no one is home at the time of the delivery, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe space or with a neighbour where possible. If this isn’t suitable, they’ll be returned to the shop. A card will be left with our contact details so that the recipient can contact us to arrange collection.
